Victoria Place is a luxury multi-family residential building in the heart of Ward Village in Honolulu, designed to reflect the rich cultural identity of its surroundings. The art program is inspired by the Hawaiian concept of Kamaʻaina—a term that speaks to a sense of belonging, encompassing those who call Hawaiʻi home, whether by birth or by connection to its land and people.
To honor this spirit, we curated one of the largest private collections of Hawaiʻi-based artists on Oʻahu, seamlessly blending historical, mid-century, and contemporary works. From revered Hawaiian masters to contemporary artists who continue to define the local art scene, the collection creates a visual dialogue between past and present. The result is a sophisticated yet mindful aesthetic that grounds Victoria Place in the essence of Kamaʻaina—celebrating home, heritage, and the evolving narrative of Hawaiʻi’s artistic legacy.
Embodying the Hawaiian concept of Kamaʻaina, this project is a celebration of belonging expressed through a curated collection of historical, mid-century, and contemporary Hawaii art.

For Victoria Place, all framing was carefully selected to complement both historical and contemporary works, to create a cohesive yet authentic presentation. Working closely with our framer, we sourced frames that honored the period of each piece while maintaining a refined aesthetic that allowed the artwork to speak for itself.
